This one starts with MOVEMENT to help you release your anger, along with a guided meditation and visualization to help you TRANSFORM that anger energy into positive action.

At the end of the meditation I give you some JOURNALING Qs, to help you dig deeper into finding more perspective around your anger and why it's there: 

  • What beliefs or values is your anger confirming for you?

  • What is it asking you to change, in order to grow?

  • What are 3 action steps you can take to help alleviate or move beyond the things that are triggering your anger?


Find your gratitude 

This guided meditation will help you take a moment out of your busy day (especially if it's an icky one) to reflect on all that you have to be grateful for, right here and now.

It'll take you through some breathing and prompts to get you thinking about all that you have in your life to be thankful for, things you can access everyday in order to pause and step into that sense of satisfaction and happiness with all that you have, all that you are, and all that you are becoming.

Take these next 10 minutes to make time for yourself, to give back to yourself and appreciate all that you already have!
